SUNDAY SCHOOL

Elementary Children: Room 307A

Children are engaged in a variety of activities and teaching methods to learn the stories of faith and how to be a young disciple today. Children participate seasonally during worship services through drama, singing, playing instruments, and serving as acolytes.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Throughout the year special events are offered for our children and their families such as “A Night in Bethlehem”, Game Night, Vacation Bible School, Connecting the Dots Mission Week, and excursions to various places.

QUEEN STREET ACADEMY

Queen Street Academy provides a premier Christ-centered after school care program for children Monday through Friday from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Its emphasis is on the academic, social, and spiritual development of children. Children are picked up at school by staff. For more information and pricing, contact Nancy Baker.

 

YOUTH MINISTRY

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Room 303

Our youth class is composed of middle and high school students that wish to dive deeper into the Bible and their relationships with Jesus. We do bible study and work with mission projects in the United States and abroad.

FUNDRAISING

Our youth raise funds throughout the year for their special projects both for missions and fellowship.

CONFERENCE EVENTS

Many of our youth participate in the NC Conference youth events such as ACS, Breakaway, Pilgrimage, etc. Several of our youth serve on the Conference Youth Council.

ERASING THE LINES

Erasing the Lines is a summer youth mission week where our youth participate with other youth around the area on home repair and other projects.

FELLOWSHIP

Our youth enjoy outings together to places like Busch Gardens, Williamsburg.
