Rev. Creighton Alexander was born in Lubbock, TX and is an ordained elder from the Northwest Texas Conference. He served his first 18-years as a Campus Pastor at four universities: Southern Methodist University, The University of Kansas, University of Missouri – Kansas City and the University of Alabama. Creighton graduated from Texas Tech University in 1994, from Asbury Theological Seminary in 1998, and completed a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Kansas in 2016. Creighton was appointed to Queen Street as pastor in July, 2022.
Creighton has three children: Canon James, Eve Whitby and Cosmo Seth. Canon is a rising sophomore at Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC, who is studying engineering, an Resident Assistant, and the school mascot. Whitby will be a freshman at NC State University where she has received a ROTC scholarship. Cosmo is a rising junior in high school. He also has two Aussiedoodles (Dualla and Nellie) and three outside cats (Misty, Nemo, and Franklin).
Creighton is an avid DIYer who likes a good home repair challenge. He loves being outdoors, camping with his kids, and all things Boy Scouts.
