We are glad you are considering visiting Queen Street Methodist. Feel free to ask anyone at the church anything, but you may find answers to the most common questions below.
First Time Visitors
Where do I park?
Our parking lots are located on Peyton Avenue between Queen Street and Herritage Street, across from the church beside the cleaners. Please feel free to use our visitor parking in the closest lot, or our handicapped parking beside the church should handicapped access be necessary.
What time should I arrive for Worship?
To ensure that you have plenty of time to park and find a seat, arrive at the church about 15 minutes early. Our service begins at 11:00 a.m.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Our sanctuary has five entrances, all of which may be used on Sundays. However, we ask that you use the entrances on the corner of Queen Street and Peyton Avenue unless you need access to the handicapped ramp. Using these entrances will give you access to the balconies as well as the main sanctuary.
Do you provide Children’s Church/Nursery?
Nursery is provided for children that aren’t yet old enough to participate in our services. For older children we offer a children’s moment before the sermon, at which time children may go to children’s church or remain in worship with their parents.
